Editing special spacing default groups

Post by albertomalossi »

Hello,

I'm fascinated by the "reduced" approach to special spacing mentioned in the video tutorial (https://kern-on.com/special-spacing), but I can't seem to find a way to delete the default groups. How do I do it?

Thanks in advance,
Alberto

Hello Alberto, these two pop-up menus allow you to edit the special spacing groups for the current glyph. You can also select multiple glyphs and edit the special spacing for all of them.

Sorry, that's not what I meant: I'd like to remove all "default" groups (see screenshot) and try to use just two (something like "a bit more space" and "much more space") but I can't find a way to remove the unwanted ones.

The groups will disappear from the menu if they are not used any more (the next time you start Kern On).
