Latin T and Cyrillic Т & Ћ are in the same kerning group

Latin T and Cyrillic Т & Ћ are in the same (left) kerning group – should I care?

Yes, this is intentional. Latin, Cyrillic and Greek will go into the same subtable, the other scripts will be separated.
