Kern-on 1.23 - macOS Sonoma 14.0 (23A344)
Is anyone having problems running Kern-on after installing Sonoma? I have no problems running RMX Tools, buy when I try to open Kern-on the app closes (Glyphs 3.2).

Thanks for the notification. I am installing Sonoma on one of my computers right now and will have a closer look at this problem.

Sorry, I cannot reproduce this crash here. Would you mind sending me the file? Thanks!

I think I have figure whats the problem.
If I activate the custom parameter «Link Metrics With Master» in 5 masters (no matter which ones) the app (glyphs) crashes. If you choose 4 masters (no matter which ones) Kern-on would run properly.

Yes, I can confirm that Kern On crashes if all masters in the font have “Link Metrics With Master”. It seems to be independent of the OS (and, looking at the code, it should be).
I am just fixing this crash. This set-up, however, is unreasonable: How can all masters in the font be linked to something? There has to be one master that isn’t linked. In your case you have the master Solid linked to itself. What is the reasoning? Seems like Glyphs is forgiving enough to recognize and ignore this self-reference.
I’d recommend to remove this self-reference from the master Solid.

Absolutely. All masters shouldn't be linked. It was a mistake in the file.
Thanks for looking the file, though :)
