Different spacing but same kerning?
I space my hyphens looser than the dashes but I tend to keep them in the same kerning groups and don't need to use exceptions. Kern On by default also puts them in different kerning groups and will generate two sets of kerning for each group, is it possible to keep them in the same group without letting Kern On try to generate kerning exceptions and end up creating the same visual spacing for both?

You want to keep both in the same kerning group, but generate different kerning, without using exceptions? Why?
Put them into separate kerning groups, like Kern On does.

Re: Different spacing but same kerning?
Because the spacing difference is small enough that the kerning I use is applicable to both. I think I solve this by spacing them the same before Kern On applies the kerning then changing the spacing after.
