Kern On setting groups inconsistently for brackets

I started Kern On from a new file and noticed this from the overview:

/parenleft/braceleft/parenleft.case/braceleft.case/bracketleft.case has:
left=standard kerning; right=special spacing

/parenright/braceright/parenright.case/braceright.case has:
left=special spacing; right=standard kerning

But then,

/bracketleft has:
left=no kerning; right=special spacing

/bracketright/bracketright.case has:
left=special spacing; right=no kerning.

This should be consistent applied, either the outside of all brackets, should be no kerning, or standard kerning.
